We use advanced techniques, including remote anchorage, to securely place implants in areas of stronger bone, even when others said it wasn’t possible. We specialize in solving complex cases and helping more people regain a confident, functional smile.
Our advanced digital workflow allows us to deliver beautiful, natural-looking smiles in fewer visits. Using 3D imaging, digital impressions, and guided implant planning, Dr. Ghodsi creates a custom treatment plan tailored to your anatomy.
This streamlined approach helps reduce chair time, improve accuracy, and ensure your new teeth fit and function exactly as they should.
Light Sedation
Oral medication and nitrous oxide (laughing gas) help you stay calm and relaxed during routine care like cleanings and fillings. Often, both are used together for greater comfort.
Moderate Sedation
IV sedation provides deeper relaxation. You may feel drowsy or remember little of the visit. It’s great for longer procedures or if you have dental anxiety.
Deep Sedation
Also known as "twilight sleep," this option puts you in a fully relaxed state. It's used for complex procedures and is closely monitored by an anesthesiologist.

Fast Healing with ATP38 Light Therapy
We use ATP38 Light Therapy, a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate your cells and increase natural energy (ATP) production. This helps your body repair tissue more efficiently—so you heal faster and more comfortably after procedures.
After dental treatments, your body needs time and energy to heal. ATP38 helps speed up that process naturally, reducing downtime and improving your overall recovery experience.
Faster healing and tissue regeneration
Reduced pain and need for medication
Less swelling and inflammation
More comfortable recovery overall
Improved blood circulation for better healing outcomes
Most patients receive their dental implants and temporary teeth in a single visit. While the entire process from consultation to final restoration can take several months, the actual implant placement typically takes just a few hours. On the day of surgery, we place the implants and provide a custom temporary set of teeth so you walk out with a confident smile the same day. Your permanent teeth will be placed once healing is complete, usually within a few months.
Dental implant procedures are surprisingly comfortable for most patients. We use local anesthesia to numb the area completely, and we offer various sedation options to help you feel relaxed and at ease. Most patients report only mild soreness afterward, similar to what you'd feel after a routine dental procedure. Any discomfort can usually be managed with over-the-counter pain medication.
Yes. In most cases, you’ll leave the office with a temporary set of teeth attached to your implants on the same day as your procedure. These temporaries are functional and natural-looking, allowing you to eat, speak, and smile with confidence while your gums heal and your permanent restorations are being crafted. Once healing is complete, we’ll place your custom, long-lasting final teeth.
Caring for dental implants is very similar to caring for natural teeth. You’ll need to brush twice a day, floss regularly, and schedule routine checkups and cleanings with our office. It’s also important to avoid smoking and follow any personalized care instructions we provide. With proper maintenance, your implants can last for many years and often even a lifetime.
